- This is the first appearance of the team's RC car. It is pink with flowers and stars on it and has a smiley face antenna ball. The license plate that reads "I(heart)BNJV" from "Gone in a Flash" is on the front bumper.
- Alice's zoo cart has tiger stripes and green seats.
- Kowalski's notepad has lights, stars, and a movie film reel drawn on it when he flips it up for a split second.
- The new car the penguins create is black with orange flames, new ties, red seats, a skull antenna topper with red eyes and monster side exhaust pipes. This will be later be the official design, for the penguins mobile, and it will stay this away for the rest of the series.
- The Chimpanzees flung poo at the races in Talladega.
- The starting tree for the race is 4 chameleons that change the colors of a traffic light.
- A chameleon was used as the finish line checkered flag.
- It is the second time the lemurs and penguins compete against each other. The first time was in "Penguiner Takes All".
Foul Ups, Bloops, and Blunders[]
- Roger is seen watching the race in several shots. This is strange as he had not moved into the Zoo yet.
