The zoo vet. He works in the "animal care" building, and unlike Alice, seems to be quite fond of animals. He is bald, wears a white lab coat and speaks with an Asian-Indian accent. Skipper often voices dislike of him because of his use of needles, and when injured, he has been known to try and downplay the injury rather than visit the vet.

1. He gave all the penguins shots in Needle Point.
2. In I Was a Penguin Zombie he had become aware that Skipper didn't like needles, and gave him a topical cream that powerfully relaxes his muscles and slurs his speech.
3. In It's About Time,he appeared in a chemist's shop before he was knocked unconscious by the penguins.
4. Although not seen, his voice is heard which leads to him probably giving the penguins and Marlene a oatmeal bath which helped to cure their skin from the poison ivy rash in Operation: Cooties.
5. In Love Hurts he introduced Private to Shawna.
6. In I Know Why the Caged Bird Goes Insane he fixed Kowalski's broken legs.
